What does Fides Advisor represent?

Fides Advisor represents an assembly of values and principles lapped over a 20 year experience and expressed by two economic entities:

• FIDES ADVISOR I.P.U.R.L. - centered on prevention, pre-insolvency, insolvency, reorganization, bankruptcy activities
  
  
• FIDES ADVISOR 2011 S.R.L. - centered on consultancy activities
  
  

The two components of the Fides Advisor group were founded in in the spring of 2011 by Narcis Poștoacă based on the experience accumulated, starting with 2004, in another group of insolvency and consultancy companies.

The founder is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of "Babeș-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and he accumulated 10 years of experience in commercial law, business consultancy and insolvency law, having also the capacity to act as an insolvency practitioner.
